Community and Other Rental Groups

Theatre Reservations

We are excited to host your event!

Please complete the simple 3-step process below to reserve the building.  
Events are scheduled on a school year basis. Oak Creek School District events are scheduled first until April of the year prior. We then begin scheduling rental clients in the following weeks, which are confirmed via email by the OCPAEC Director May 1st. Repeat clients are given priority for the same dates/weekend they scheduled the year prior.

Reserve the theatre.

Submit the following to complete the rental process:

1.  Complete this online form

2.  Submit the rental deposit.

     $500, check made out to OCFSD

     Mailed to:

     Oak Creek High School

     Attn:  Alexis Cuda, OCPAEC

     340 E Puetz Rd

      Oak Creek, WI 53154

3.  Submit a certificate of insurance.

After the online form, rental deposit and certificate of insurance have been received, you will be contacted within three business days to confirm your event has been approved.

Complete the event paperwork.

The usage agreement form is required at least 30 days before your event. Please email this to Alexis Cuda or mail it to our theatre as soon as possible.
